As already explained, this blog mirrors my current experience of constructor apprentice.

I also had the opportunity to start my apprentice internship at my own place, as my mother and I relocated from Bucharest to Alba Iulia just one year ago and we are still remodelling/ refurbishing our new home.

Hence, there is no need for much planning of the photoshooting, as I will use for this assignment only DIY or construction projects I work for at my place.

The most complex projects I am part of are the landscaping and gardening of the back and the front yard. These projects include everything: laying tiles, pavement, building walls and gardeners, painting, woodworking and metalworking, gardening. Therefore, the photo shooting would include snapshots of different key moments of the making of these projects: before, during and after.

My coworkers will serve as models and even myself, as I can put my camera on a timer to make sure I can also reach the selected scenery before the camera burst.

We will wear our uniforms (black branded T-shirts, back shorts and our back steel-toed boots).

The photoshooting will not be planned. It will happen every now and then, when reaching significant milestones of the running projects. I will also take few pictures on the scenes before starting the work. The only more formal photoshooting will take place after finalising each project, so that I can take my time for meaningful close-ups.

I will not need special equipment. My Samsung Galaxy Z Fold has an excellent camera. I also need to consider the gender of my magazine, hence I do not need special lighting effects. Consequently, my mobile will do and it will do very well.
