Shot list for the Documentary

In order to make my shot list readable, please find it below presented as a flipbook:
Callsheet & Calendar
For the documentary I had a very small crew limited to my mother and me, plus 1 camera operator only for the shooting of the interview at my place.
In terms of shooting locations, there were only 2: Citadel Park and my house.
Therefore, callsheet was unnecessary. Nevertheless, I kept a template in my archive to have it readily available for other future projects, as I found it very useful for planning and logistics when several people are involved.
In terms of the calendar for the documentary I needed to follow my mother’s schedule, as she was the main character of the documentary. Then I needed to align her schedule with my own, as I have a full time job. Hence, the only possible meetings for shooting were during Sundays, provided there were no raining days.
I walked alone through the Citadel Park to find suitable locations, and then I went with my mother on the first non-raining Sunday for test shooting.
We then planned for a second Sunday meeting for all the necessary shooting in the park.
For shooting the interview at my house, we needed a camera operator and we accommodated the meeting based on her availability, i.e. several evenings (1 for the shooting, and 1 or 2 evenings planned as back-up, just in case some changes needed to be done in the script).
The calendar the shootings needed for the Instagram page was more flexible, as I did not need any help, being my own camera operator.
I made use of any Sunday spent with my mother to take pictures from the trekking made with her or from watching her gardening. I only needed to plan a short leave from work in order to follow my mother to her Pilates classes.
